1) Fleet Monitoring Systems (GPS & TCTM)
  • Responsible for data entry of fleet monitoring systems (GPS, TCTM systems), analysis of data, enforcing and curbing non-compliances found, and other duties that arises during the course of your work.
  • Assist in conducting investigations where required by the Transport management.
  • Generate necessary letters and documentation.
2) Staff Management
  • Actively involved in all manpower planning activities, keeping track of manpower requirements for the Transport department.
  • Conduct training and refresher sessions with new recruits and current staff.
  • Manage and enforce compliance with regards to company policies and regulations amongst staff. This includes all staff disciplinary issues.
  • Administer assessments where required.
  • Prepare weekly status report on staff performances.
3) Managing 3PL Compliance
  • Monitor 3PL compliance to company’s regulations and procedures.
  • Report on non-compliances and plans for corrective action.
  • Assess 3PL performance, provide feedback to management

 

 

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
  • Familiar with MS Office – Excel, Word and Powerpoint
  • Preferably 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field. However, fresh graduates may be considered.. 
  • Good spoken and written Bahasa and English
